Get Listed

Understand that 2-1-1 Tampa Bay Cares, Inc. does not list just any organization in our database. Organizations must meet specific criteria in order to be listed. Below outlines the steps an organization must complete in order to be listed in our database.

1. All organization must meet our Inclusion/Exclusion criteria in order to be listed in our database. There are no exceptions. Click here to read our Inclusion/Exclusion Criteria.
2. Organizations must complete a 2-1-1 Agency Profile Form in its entirety and submit it to our Resource Department staff. Forms can be faxed to 727.210.4234 or emailed to update@211tampabay.org.
3. Assign a contact at your organization that will communicate with us and who is authorized to provide updates to us.
4. Submit any requested documentation to the Resource Department staff in a timely manner not to exceed 30 days.
5. Answer all questions regarding criteria adherence, the submitted 2-1-1 Agency Profile Form, and/or schedule a site visit with our staff in a timely manner.
6. Pay any fees necessary, if applicable.

Organizations that do not meet the Inclusion/Exclusion criteria can apply, but your application information will be held until qualification is met. Upon your acceptance and entry into our database, your assigned resource contact person will be given access to update your organization's information in our database. Your organization is expected to update your information with us at least annually.

Staying listed in our database requires the same amount of attention as being listed. Below outlines the steps an organization must complete annually in order to stay listed in our database.
